Tasfiyah: Journal of Islamic Law and Sharia Economics Vol. 2 No. 1 (2026) publishes 7 articles authored by contributors from 1 country, namely Indonesia. This issue represents scholars from 6 provinces, including DI Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Banten, Gorontalo, and East Java, and involves 8 higher education institutions: UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Universitas Indonesia, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Amanah Al-Gontory, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Sabili Bandung, STAI Miftahul Tarate Pandian Sumenep, and Universitas Brawijaya. Carrying the main theme “Contemporary Islamic Law and Sharia Economics”, this issue presents current studies on productive zakat, the halal industry, sharia accounting, Islamic family law, zakat governance, Islamic banking, and fiqh siyasah as academic contributions to the development of Islamic law and sharia economics in the modern era.
