Peningkatan Keterampilan Kepemimpinan OSIS melalui Pelatihan Interaktif di SMKN 1 Cibatu Purwakarta

Abstrak
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan (leadership skills) siswa-siswi yang tergabung sebagai pengurus OSIS SMKN 1 Cibatu di Kecamatan Cibatu Kabupaten Purwakarta. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada masih adanya potensi pengembangan kemampuan berpikir reflektif, ketelitian dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan konsentrasi siswa dalam menjalankan peran kepemimpinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi pendidikan masyarakat melalui ceramah dan pelatihan interaktif melalui permainan interaktif yang melibatkan 45 siswa sebagai peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada seluruh indikator yang diukur, dimana kemampuan berpikir reflektif meningkat dari 10% menjadi 100%, serta ketelitian dalam pengambilan keputusan dan konsentrasi meningkat dari 30% menjadi 100%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan yang digunakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan perilaku siswa, khususnya dalam aspek kepemimpinan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan siswa yang dapat mendukung peran mereka dalam organisasi sekolah
