Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Elektronik untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Pelayanan Kesehatan

Abstrak
Rekam medis merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan, namun sistem pencatatan manual sering menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan akses data, redundansi informasi, serta risiko kehilangan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik (RME) yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), serta implementasi berbasis web dengan dukungan database relasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem RME mampu mempercepat akses data pasien, meminimalisasi duplikasi pencatatan, serta meningkatkan akurasi dokumentasi medis. Uji coba sistem pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan sebesar 35% dibanding metode manual. Dengan demikian, penerapan RME berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan integrasi cloud dan mobile application.
