Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with publication ethics standards.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

Submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial team to assess:

conformity with the journal’s aim and scope,
originality and academic contribution,
manuscript structure and formatting,
language quality, and
similarity/plagiarism screening.

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal requirements may be rejected before entering the review stage.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

The journal implements a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other to maintain objectivity and fairness.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript topic. Reviewers evaluate:

originality and novelty,
methodological rigor,
theoretical and practical contribution,
clarity of analysis and discussion,
validity of conclusions, and
relevance of references.

3. Review Decision

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor may decide:

Accept Submission,
Minor Revisions Required,
Major Revisions Required, or
Reject Submission.

Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to reviewers’ and editors’ comments within the specified timeline.

4. Revision and Final Decision

Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation when necessary. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewers’ evaluations and the overall quality of the revised manuscript.

5. Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics, including confidentiality, conflict of interest management, prevention of plagiarism, and avoidance of research misconduct. The peer review process is conducted fairly, objectively, and transparently.
