Article Processing Charges (English Version)

1. Article Submission Fee: IDR 0 (Free)

There are no charges for manuscript submission.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 200,000

Authors are required to pay a publication fee of IDR 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per article.

• Payment Timing: The fee is payable after the manuscript passes the Initial Plagiarism Screening (Turnitin < 20%) and before it proceeds to the peer-review stage.

• Inclusions: This fee covers administrative tasks, DOI registration, layout editing, and ensuring permanent open access to the article.

3. Payment Procedure & Non-Refundable Policy

• Procedure: Once the manuscript passes the initial screening, an Invoice and payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author. The peer-review process will only commence after payment confirmation.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are Final and Non-Refundable. Withdrawal of the manuscript by the author or a decision of Rejection based on objective peer-review results does not entitle the author to a refund. These fees are used to cover the administrative and evaluation costs incurred during the editorial process.
