1. Licensing Policy

Medical JKK is committed to promoting open scholarly communication, facilitating the dissemination of scientific knowledge, and ensuring transparency in the use and distribution of published research.

All articles published in Medical JKK are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), unless otherwise explicitly stated.

This license allows readers, researchers, educators, and other users to share, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon published material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that the terms of the license are followed.

The licensing policy of Medical JKK is established to clarify the rights and responsibilities of authors, readers, and other users regarding the use of published content.

7. Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

Authors and other users must ensure that:

Open access means that readers can access published articles without subscription or access fees. The applicable license specifies the rights granted to users to reuse and redistribute the content.

Accordingly, Medical JKK combines free online access with the CC BY-SA 4.0 license to facilitate the lawful sharing and reuse of scholarly research.

Any publication charges applicable to authors are governed by the journal's separate publication fee policy and do not alter the licensing terms of published articles.
