Abstrak
Sektor pertambangan di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia, merupakan salah satu industri dengan tingkat risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) tertinggi (ILO, 2023), Metode : Dalam kajian ini, peneliti menetapkan batasan sebanyak 17 artikel jurnal yang dinilai paling relevan dan memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut sebagai dasar pembahasan. Batasan ini ditetapkan untuk menjaga fokus analisis dan kedalaman sintesis dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Urgensi : Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan untuk menjawab kompleksitas operasional, tingginya risiko, dan kesenjangan pengetahuan yang masih ada di sektor pertambangan. Melalui sintesis bukti-bukti ilmiah terkini, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola, praktik terbaik, dan tantangan implementasi SDM K3 dalam SMKP. Tujuan : mengidentifikasi pola, praktik terbaik, dan tantangan implementasi SDM K3 dalam SMKP. Kontribusi signifikan yang diharapkan meliputi: (1) pengembangan kebijakan K3 berbasis bukti yang lebih efektif, (2) penyusunan program pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi SDM K3 yang terarah dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri, (3) perbaikan praktik manajemen K3 perusahaan khususnya dalam optimalisasi peran SDM K3, serta (4) peningkatan keselamatan dan kesejahteraan pekerja melalui pengurangan angka kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja di lingkungan pertambangan. Kesimpulan : Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan (SMK3), Integrasi Teknologi dalam Manajemen K3, Evaluasi Manajemen K3 dan Kinerja Keuangan, Kesenjangan Kualitas dan Kuantitas SDM K3, dan Peran SDM K3 dalam Implementasi SMKP.
