Archiving and Repository Policy
Inspirasi: Journal of Education and Culture is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and dissemination of all published articles.
Digital Archiving and Preservation
The journal guarantees long-term preservation of published content through the following systems:
1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
The journal uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to digitally preserve all published articles in a distributed preservation network, ensuring long-term access and security.
2. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
The journal supports the LOCKSS system, which stores multiple copies of articles in different locations to ensure data safety, integrity, and permanent availability.
Persistent Identification (DOI)
Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure a permanent, stable, and reliable link to the published version.
Repository Policy (Self-Archiving)
The journal supports open access dissemination and allows authors to deposit their manuscripts in repositories to increase visibility and impact.
Authors may deposit their manuscripts in:
- Institutional repositories
- Subject-based repositories
- Personal websites
- Academic platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)
Permitted Versions
- Preprint (before peer review)
- Accepted Manuscript (after peer review)
- Version of Record (final published version)
Embargo Policy
There is no embargo period, and all versions may be deposited immediately.
Conditions
Authors must include full citation details, DOI link, manuscript version, and must not modify content in a misleading way.
License
All archived versions must comply with Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0).
