Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
Inspirasi: Journal of Education and Culture applies a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published articles. The journal adopts a double-anonymous peer review system, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process.
1. Submission of Manuscript
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online system. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is anonymized and prepared according to the journal guidelines.
2. Initial Editorial Screening (± 3–7 Days)
The editorial team evaluates:
- Scope and relevance
- Originality and novelty
- Compliance with guidelines
- Plagiarism screening
At this stage, only about 20% of submitted manuscripts proceed to the peer review stage, while the rest may be rejected or returned for improvement.
3. Double-Anonymous Peer Review (± 2–4 Weeks)
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
- Author and reviewer identities are concealed
- Review is conducted objectively
- If needed, a third reviewer may be assigned
