Jejak Spasial Pembangunan: Pendekatan Ekonometrika Spasial dalam Menentukan Pengaruh Kualitas Iklim di Indonesia

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor – faktor sosial ekonomi dan infrastruktur terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup dalam 34 provinsi di Indonesia dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis data panel dan model Fixed Effects Model untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepadatan penduduk, aktivitas industri, tingkat pendidikan, akses sanitasi, panjang jalan, dan cakupan kelistrikan mempengaruhi tingkat Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat pendidikan dengan kualitas lingkungan hidup secara positif. Akses sanitasi, kelistrikan, dan panjang jalan juga menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup terbukti secara statistik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara infrastruktur dengan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Akan tetapi, kepadatan penduduk dan pangsa industri tidak terbukti memiliki hubungan dengan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Uji Moran’s I yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini membuktikan tidak adanya korelasi autospasial yang menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan ketergantungan spasial pada hasil kualitas lingkungan pada level provinsi. Penelitian ini menekankan kebutuhan untuk pengembangan sektor pendidikan dan infrastruktur dasar untuk mendukung perbaikan lingkungan.
