Article Processing Charge (APC)

The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 200,000 for each accepted manuscript.

Payment Terms

  • The APC is only charged after the manuscript passes the initial screening, including plagiarism checking
  • Payment must be completed before the peer review process begins
  • Authors will receive payment instructions from the editorial team

What the APC Covers

The APC is used to support:

  • Editorial processing and administration
  • Double-anonymous peer review management
  • Copyediting and proofreading
  • DOI registration
  • Online publication and hosting

Other Fees

  • Submission Fee: Free
  • Fast-track Review: Not available
  • Additional Charges: None

There are no hidden charges at any stage of the publication process.

Refund Policy

  • The APC is non-refundable once the review process has started
  • If the manuscript is rejected during review, the fee will not be returned
