Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

The Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity in scholarly publishing. The publication of peer-reviewed articles contributes significantly to the advancement of knowledge and academic excellence. Therefore, all parties involved in the publication process—including authors, editors, reviewers, editorial board members, and publishers—must adhere to ethical principles and professional responsibilities.

This publication ethics statement is established to ensure the quality, credibility, transparency, and integrity of all published works.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of published research through the peer-review process.

Reviewers shall:

  • Conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and constructively.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all manuscripts received for review.

  • Decline review invitations when they lack the necessary expertise or have conflicts of interest.

  • Provide clear and evidence-based recommendations.

  • Identify relevant published work not cited by the authors.

  • Report suspected plagiarism, duplication, fabrication, falsification, or other ethical concerns.

  • Refrain from using unpublished information obtained during the review process for personal benefit.

Responsibilities of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must submit original work and appropriately acknowledge the contributions of others. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is considered unethical and unacceptable.

Multiple or Concurrent Submission

Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal. Manuscripts under consideration elsewhere will not be considered for publication.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research.

All listed authors must:

  • Approve the final manuscript.

  • Agree to its submission and publication.

  • Take public responsibility for the content of the work.

Data Integrity

Authors must ensure that all data presented are accurate, reliable, and honestly reported. Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of research data is strictly prohibited.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Authors must properly cite all sources that have influenced their work and provide accurate references.

Disclosure of Funding

Authors must disclose all sources of financial support, grants, sponsorships, or other funding received for the research.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that may influence the interpretation of research findings.

Correction of Errors

If authors discover significant errors in their published work, they must promptly notify the editorial office and cooperate in issuing corrections or retractions where appropriate.

Research Ethics

Research involving human participants, personal data, or sensitive information must be conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards and regulations.

Authors should ensure that:

  • Informed consent has been obtained where required.

  • Participant privacy and confidentiality are protected.

  • Necessary ethical approvals have been obtained from relevant institutions or ethics committees.

Research involving animals must comply with recognized ethical standards and applicable regulations.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

The Journal recognizes the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing and research.

Therefore:

  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

  • Authors must disclose any significant use of AI-assisted technologies in manuscript preparation.

  • Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work.

  • The use of AI must not compromise research ethics, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.

Publication Misconduct

The Journal considers the following practices as publication misconduct:

  • Duplicate publication

  • Citation manipulation

  • Image manipulation

  • Authorship manipulation

  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

Complaints and Appeals

The Journal provides a transparent procedure for handling:
